Cool house in Manhattan

Pool in the center of the living room, complete with a swing of at least, one of the most common fantasies. The original architectural concept of Evelyn McMurray Van-Zeller has realized in reality. Middle of the room, Evelyn found a full-sized pool. The apartments are located in a house in Manhattan, between 7th and 8th Avenue. The mansion is divided into three apartments: two are located on the top floor and rented out for 4000 and $ 5000. In total the house has six bedrooms, garden, gym, sauna, five bathrooms, five fireplaces and a second swimming pool.
