Paris studio Dominique Jacob and Brendan MacFarlane has developed a draft “Orange Cube“, which should become a commercial and cultural complex in Lyon. This five-story building with an area 29 x 33 m, situated on the territory of the berth with a dominant industrial background. The most significant element of design – its bright-orange hue (abstraction lead paint) – Industrial Color, are often used for areas of the harbor. External structure – light facade, perforated in the form of small droplets.
