Phoenix Island: Crazy Project

A new crazy project by architects MAD entitled “Phoenix Island”. In place of the city of Sanya in the province of China, here is this artificial island, including the time for a 7-star hotel, 5 buildings, shops and port. The completion is scheduled for 2014.
